These Terms govern your use of DuoFrame (the "app" or "service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DuoFrame. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the content you send and the friends you add.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DuoFrame to:

• Send illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit content, especially involving minors.
• Send content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or banned.

Content

You retain ownership of the photos and captions you send. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely to operate the service — for example, delivering a snap to its recipient. Snaps are automatically deleted 24 hours after they're sent.

Moderation

We may review reported content and account activity to enforce these Terms, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

Availability

We aim to keep DuoFrame available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DuoFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
